But the canal is not just about boats! In the shade of its centuries-old plane trees, we also find one of the most famous cycling circuits in France and Navarre:  the Canal des Deux Mers greenway. For the more adventurous, its route can take you to Spain or Scandinavia! But if your desire for distant horizons is more modest, you can always go as far as Sète, Bordeaux or even Cahors by road. Cycling Route of the Lot Valley via Clairac. Whatever happens during your journey in Val de Garonne, many crossroads will be available to you such as the Roches de Reculé in Tonneins and the Cocumont vineyards. You can even discover the city of Pomme d’Amour by joining the brand new section between Casteljaloux and Marmande.
