The cottage is attached to a house, not overlooked, and is equipped with a new kitchen, a bright room with high ceilings with living room and dining area. 2 bedrooms (1×140 and 2×90), a bathroom and a separate toilet with pantry-laundry room. On the mezzanine, an ideal corner for young children with play corner and library, a sleeping area with 1×140 and 1×90 bed on the floor. Fenced garden of 1500m², terrace with garden furniture. Sheets and towels included. Cleaning package on request. Additional heating in winter based on actual consumption.
