Located between Guyenne and Gascony, a stone's throw from the Landais massif, the vineyards of Bordeaux and the Côtes du Marmandais. In the heart of a hilly property of 28 hectares, 3 km from the village, this gîte close to the owners' home (not overlooked) and adjoining another gîte (see GR 725002), will offer you peace and quiet , relaxation and the sweetness of a view of meadows, forests and crops (cereals). Living room with kitchen area, lounge, bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed). Upstairs, attic bedroom with 1 140 cm bed + 1 extra bed. Electric heating. Covered terrace. Unfenced land with trees and flowers. Child games. Petanque. On the property there are chickens, donkeys, cats and horses. Shared swimming pool with another gîte and a guest room. You can take advantage of a swimming pool bike to complete your stay with a little sport. Internet access (Wifi).
