The Val de Garonne Tourist Office has been asserting for several years its role as local director. In this perspective, it leads promotional actions, creates tourism products, recommend project leaders, federates tourism professionals, accompanied elected officials in development policy, anime local life…
The Val de Garonne Tourist Office wants to be the strong link in the local tourism network, it works with a single goal: make the area attractive for all.
Our main missions:
- reception and information tourists in the Val de Garonne Agglomeration area,
- tourism promotion of the community territory in line with the action of the ADRT47 and that of CRTNA,
- tourism development of the community territory and bring a technical competition the design and implementation of tourism projects and operations of a structuring nature,
- business coordination and organizations interested in tourism development in the community territory,
- commercialization of tourist products under the conditions provided for by law 92-645 of July 13, 1992 and services on behalf of third parties,
- the operation of tourist facilities playing a structuring role in driving the territory's strategy.
The Tourist Office has two Information offices open all year round:
- Marmande > 11, rue Toupinerie;
- Tonneins > 3 boulevard Charles de Gaulle;
- The dissemination of tourist information is also ensured from a 24/24 window terminal in Marmande, from the Smart Table of the “Les Marmandais!” cellar. in Beaupuy, from a mobile Tourist Office in the summer and a seasonal point at the market hall Clairac.
