The Management Committee deliberates on all questions of interest functioning and activity from the Tourist Office, and in particular:

  • The revenue and expenditure budget of the Tourist Office;
  • The financial account for the past financial year;
  • Setting the minimum number of staff and the amount of their remuneration;
  • The annual advertising and promotion program;
  • Projects to create tourist services or facilities;
  • The questions submitted to it for opinion by the community council;
  • All questions relating to the implementation of its missions defined in the statutes.

The Management Committee includes 23 members including:
• 12 community advisors (including the President of the Urban Community, ex officio member) and 11 alternates designated by the Community Council,
• 11 representatives and 11 substitutes professionals and organizations interested in Val de Garonne tourism.

Currently, the Management Committee of the Tourist Office is chaired by Mr Dante RINAUDO, Mayor of Tonneins and Vice-President of Val de Garonne Agglomération.
