It is in this context that the Tourist Office has acquiredpowerful digital tools and attractive. The choice of these tools, whether they are integrated into a welcoming setting or whether they promote the promotion of the territory, was made with a single objective: imagine new reception conditions for future generations of Tourist Offices.

The entire digital system aims to to arouse interest, to broadcast a tourist information, to do the promotion of our partners and make you want to go consume our territory.

The device “Home Strategy” consists of the following digital tools:

Placed on the exterior facade of the Tourist Office, this display terminal allows information to be consulted 24 hours a day. The tourist staying in our territory thus has access to information (accommodation, restaurants, activities, etc.) at any time, particularly when the Tourist Office is closed. It also allows you to display the availability of hotels and guest rooms.

This tool is integrated into the “visit route” system set up by the OTVG. Placed inside the Tourist Office, in the first room, this “touch table” gives tourists the first keys to understanding the territory in which it is located. Made up of 5 different maps, this tool allows tourists to geolocate certain points of interest and discover the territory in images and in a fun way.

Dynamic display flat screens:

Three flat screens are located in the information offices (2 in Marmande and 1 in Tonneins). The objective is for them to disseminate dynamic information such as the weather, the entertainment program, current ticketing, show posters.

The region's tourist offering is presented via discovery furniture in which interviews with emblematic people of the region are inserted. Just pick up the phone, listen and watch the short video... they invite you to discover the territory.

In order to maintain a certain unity, all digital tools have been “designed” in the colors of the graphic charter of the Tourist Office. The objective was clear: to create harmony between the “identity” scenography of the Tourist Office and digital tools.
