GAEC du Plainier
Seasonal organic fruits and vegetables
The farm is located in Puymiclan, in Lot-et-Garonne, 15km from Marmande. The “GAEC du Plainier” was created in 1983 on the family farm and is currently in its 3rd generation.
The entire farm has been organic since 2018 on 126 ha with:
– field crops (alfalfa, wheat, peas, lentils, flax, etc.);
– arboriculture orchards of apple trees (Gala, Renoir, Fujion, Chantecler, Golden and Pinkcripps), pear trees (Carmen, Williams, Harrow sweet) and almond trees;
– market gardening under cover and in open fields where we produce seasonal vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, salads, lamb's lettuce, chard, spinach, beets, butternuts, pumpkins, spaghetti squash, broccoli, all types of cabbage , leeks, carrots, etc.).
