“Au fil du canal” welcomes you to an ancient and beautiful old farm located in Bel Air at Mas-d'Agenais. The house is 600 meters from the Canal Latéral de la Garonne and its Voie Verte and close enough to the village and its amenities to do so on foot. Le Mas-d'Agenais, a charming village, attracts visitors for its Rembrandt in the Saint Vincent collegiate church and has several places to eat and relax. In summer, many festivities, such as night markets, musical festivals and exhibitions, are offered in the villages and surrounding areas. Surrounded by nature, the house is set on beautiful half-hectare land on the edge of a pine forest, with its orchard, its medieval permaculture vegetable garden and its swimming pool for hot weather. Unfenced, the park is regularly visited by deer, squirrels and other friendly animals.
